All Herricks delegates have been invited to the Google Meets for opening ceremonies and committee sessions through their herricksk12 email addresses.
Non-Herricks delegates will receive the links to the Google Meets from their advisors tomorrow.

FAQs
What is the schedule like?
On Thursday night, it will be from 3:45 pm to 9:30 pm, with breaks in between. On Friday, which is the full day, it’ll be from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with several breaks in between for lunch, etc.
All delegates will be attending remotely regardless of their school or cohort. If you are participating in the music concert on June 4 during periods 4, 5, and 6, you should report to the Band Room with your laptop on Friday morning in order to attend both events.
When are position papers due?
Positions papers are due Tuesday, June 1st and will be submitted to the committee specific email provided in each background guide. Please note if you submit your paper early you will receive comments and may re-submit.
How do I prepare for the conference?
Delegates will be provided a background guide written by their committee chairs filled with all the information you need to be prepared for the conference. See your committee's background guide for specific committee emails; feel free to contact your chairs via these emails for further guidance.
How do we send our payment (For non-Herricks delegations)?
Write a check made out to Herricks UFSD ℅ Chloe Graef to Herricks High School at 100 Shelter Rock Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. The conference will cost $30 for delegations under 20 people.
What is required for Herricks students?
Herricks students will be required to write a one page position paper based on their position in their committee.
How much outside research should we do?
Pretty much none! All information that delegates need to know is provided in the background guide.
How do I sign up?
Scan the QR code on our flyer to be taken directly to our registration form and classroom. Your teacher should also post the form to the classroom.
Can I buy a shirt/mask?
Links to buy our shirts and masks are on the registration form, and can also be found here and here.
When does registration close?
Registration closes on Sunday, May 23rd.
I have a field trip and/or other conflict happening during HMUNC. Can I still come?
Yes! If you’re participating in the mandatory music trip on June 4th (or any other conflict) you can still be a delegate. If you need to leave committee early, let your chair know via the committee email.
